Pewter Cleaning Tips
Please follow our pewter cleaning advice on all of Pewter Art products purchased. This will ensure
that your Pewter products will stay beautiful and last a long long long time.
Pewter items can be pitted or stained from certain foods such as citrus juice, salad dressings etc. So it is important to wash your Pewter pieces immediately after use.
All Pewter items have a low melting point, where it will starts to melt at around the temperature of approximately 450 Degree Celcius. Our advice is NOT TO USE Pewter Art items in the oven, or to hold extremely hot object or placed near hot flames. Always hand washes your Pewter Art products rather than placing it in a dishwasher.
